Service Description
Assess the hair. Discuss which microloc method is best. Go over the policy and procedures for the service. $25 non-refundable consultation fee. Fee must be paid upfront when booking consultation. Payment information will be in the confirmation email. You will have an hour to make payment. As it states in the confirmation email, if you don't make payment/deposit within an hour, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
-If you cancel or try to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will have to pay another deposit. -If you have to reschedule a 2nd time, you will have to repay a deposit to book service. -If you are more than 15 MINTUES LATE, you will have to reschedule and repay the deposit. NO EXCUSES!!
